The Touch HD on Orange?

Any idea why it's been taken off already, it hadn't been on there that long??

They just have the Touch 3G and Touch Diamond. I know it was out of stock for a while, but it said 'out of stock', Now they don't have it on their website at all?

Touch HD is about to be replaced methinks.

There were some threads in our news section a good while back and it covered replacements for pretty much HTC's entire range!

Thanks Tony, I'm amazed, they only offered it to me couple of weeks ago as their flagship phone. Are the 2 mentioned that they do have worth going for, or should I wait now?

As to what to get, that's a real personal preference.....

The Touch Diamond 2 looks good with a 480x800 screen but no keyboard, Touch Pro 2 is similar but with the hardware keyboard. We are running 'Living with...' threads for both.....

pdadb.net is a good site to see what devices are out and coming up as it has pics with specs but you really need an idea as to what you are looking for....

The HD is no more for Orange Web and was removed last week. Just have to wait and see what is around the corner, so to speak.

Hmmm, wonder why, that one, and not the other 2, are they newer?
I preferred the look of the Touch HD to be totally honest.

But, I thought it was a better phone than the others.

Email, text and calls are the most important, and the ability to have a good BlueTooth connection

The HTC Hero is the new phone running the Google Android OS. Has had some excellent reviews as long as the software you need is available for Android.

The 'HD' in the Touch HD was mainly to distinguish it as a separate type of device from the other QVGA and VGA models. Current offerings revert to the older device names while giving a significant improvement over the original HDs performance.
