Email/Internet Stopped Working

Hi All,
Having set up my Orbit 2 through O2 a few months ago, email & internet were working fine. This morning sundenly I can't connect. Tried turning off & on again, still the same error message 'error synchronising'. As far as I can see my settings are the same, I even re-installed from Sprite backup, still with no joy. I looked at the Comm Manager & my Data Connection is greyed out. I'm sure it's normally set to On. Any ideas anybody?

Hi mitch. Have you tried a soft reset? I've found that my devices do this occasionally and a soft-reset can sort it out.

If he's reinstalled from sprite I would think so. Did you hard reset? Might be worth a call to O2 to make sure you still have a data allocation?

I think a phone call is worth the minor annoyance of it... Could be an issue on their part... Also as already mentioned, they can check the provisioning on your service...

O2 had a national problem this morning - I had exactly the same problem and was considering a hard reset! Our account manager managed to confirm the problem however and it came back on in Nottingham about 2-3 hours ago.

Ah ha glad it was not me, I soft reset 5 times and reset my connection twice until I decided the problem was at their end!
