i've just worked out how to enable the advanced desktop on xandros thanks to a handy tutorial:-

Enable Advanced Desktop Mode [EeeUser Eee PC Wiki]

I also have set up 4 multiple desktops as well by having a nose around the package installer (synaptics).

the more I tinker the cooler it gets.

as for the tattoo that's the reason I haven't had it done yet. too chicken

Using it on the commute with wmwifirouter and at home for surfing in the sitting room.

Oh and Reilly watches iggle piggle on it in his room sometimes.

haven't checked but it couldn't get much quicker.

i've been looking to get compiz on it but the tutorials are a bit beyond me.

anyone had any success with it?
