Advent 4211 / 4213 Vista upgrade and performance

Not sure whether it was the latest, it was done via windows update. I shall check the manufacturers website later.
I thought maybe it was to do with me having Vista Basic on it.

I haven't upgraded the ram yet. Running Vista Basic I was not sure I needed more than 1Gb. I will see how it goes for a few months before deciding as I may not need to upgrade. I don't really use memory hungry programs, its just really email and web surfing.

I'll give it a whirl later. I must admit the performance seems fine on my 4212, and I've got used to the keyboard as well.

I did the driver update and now my score is the sameas others. My scoresare the same as Johnstone's but with 0.1 better on the memory score. Not sure why that would be as we probably have same specs.
