How did you get on with the 3G driver I have had problems installing on mine!

I didn't update mine. I did an upgrade to vista so kept my original programs. 3G and the connection manager seem to work fine since the upgrade.

I did a clean install and cannot get the 3G sim to be seen or connect, I think I will have to go back to XP and then upgrade it would be easier than struggling.

That is odd. 
What does it say is installed 3g wise in device manager?
(using 3g on xp here as we have a power cut Grrrr)

Went the upgrade route and all is now fine with the Advent.
