Re: Doctor Who?
I thought he was quite quirky with a good mind for problems!

Re: Doctor Who?
I loved the finale on Saturday and watched it again on i player. i have to agree that David Tennant is a fantastic Doctor. All the more so as i had not realised he was scottish! I do love Tom Baker though. I watched Genesis of the Daleks last weekend to prepare myself for the return of Davros and he was excellent in that. Did anyone pick up on the German speaking Daleks ? That was a hoot !!
I even brought in some Jelly Babies into work today and shared a big box of them with my team. They were much appreciated !!!! It seems i was not the only one on the team who got the inside joke !! (Tom Baker's Dr loved them!)

Certainly did - to the extent we got to discussing whether exterminate in English or exterminieren in German would get a better score at Scrabble

Re: Doctor Who?
I loved it though also thought the Tardis tow truck was a bit too silly.
Nearly missed 5 minutes laughing my head off the german daleks though.
Oh well that's it now until Xmas.

Re: Doctor Who?
Certainly was correct. The made up word 'exterminieren' had me and Mr Cyclist falling off our chairs laughing. Interesting to see in the Making Of that the actress who plays Martha couldn't speak German at all. She learnt it well enough phonetically to come across as having very little English accent.

Re: Doctor Who?
Yes, all the German was perfectly normal comprehensible everyday language. The agent had a standard high German accent (equivalent of BBC received punctuation).
