Mine failed last night too! Graphics scaler failure!
Phoned Game store this morning and they said bring it in and we'll replace - Microsoft were telling me 25 working days!!!!
Naturally I went into Game and did a swap there and then. 
Good news is the new one has the HDMI interface too!

Mine had shown absolutely no issues Daron. Just all of a sudden some graphics glitches and then error screen and no more!

The woman I eventually spoke to at the helpdesk (after the useless overseas people earlier in the day) said something about recording my serial no so that I can see whether I get the same console back. Not sure why she emphasized this to me!?
