Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

Nice feedback xdalaw.

Quick question from me, do you have the facility to export a conversation for backup purposes?

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

We have released version 1.01 which resolved a lot of the most requested fixes/changes,
thing like 'delete conversation', sort by newest, message font height and a bunch more...

Hmmm.. On the treo I wouldnt bank on what it looks like for fonts etc... I hope to do
a build that starts to address some of the WM Pro things that seem to be wrong, but thanks for trying it out on there.... It shouldnt take much...

Sorry, we dont have a backup conversation utility at this time....

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

I must say that 1.01 is a nice update. More usable on my Treo than the initial release.

I'm excited to see the new features and fixes coming in upcoming builds.

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

Hmm, just downloaded this onto my v1615 (aka HTC Kaiser, TyTN II, etc.). Seems to work OK, but a bit indirect.

I'd like it to come up as the default text app.

I've adjusted the font to the smallest available, but that's still far too big on the top-level screen (the one that lists "Main Contacts").

To get from Main Contacts to a conversation, I can use the 5-way and the Select button, but personally I'd also like to be able to double-tap the screen. Also I'd like to get back from the conversation to the Main Contacts page without going via a menu ... a bit surprised that the exit button didn't do that, but came right out of the app.

Any chance of these points being addressed anytime soon ?

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

The Program is okay, but I wish it would integrate and take over the original text program like the "hacked" versions that I used on the mogul.

This seems to be the only program that allows you to see what ur typing on the TOUCH. It caters to the on screen keyboard, but still not liking the fact that I have to go into a completely different program. It's like having two programs handling the same function.
