Cool. Threaded SMS is something that has been missing from WM for a while now.

Yeah, I know the Treo has had it for a while, but it's not a WM thing. It's aftermarket from Palm isn't it?

Yep, correct, it is very useful, so I'll be taking a look at this one...

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

Isn't this just for Smartphones, rather than PPC Phones? (PreWM6 terminology I know.)

I use PocketCM now on my Treo 700Wx. I love that it accesses the default SMS messages, rather than the Palm Threaded that many have added to their non-750 devices. But, it's still not "refined" enough for my taste. A great, free offering, but I want something more.

Hope may be on the horizon, though. I think SBSH ContactBreeze is planning to add threaded SMS, and FlexMail 4.1 is planning to add it as well. While neither are currently available, both sound very promising.

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

Id be very interested in someone with a WM Professional device(Treo) to try this out...
I can re-compile this very quickly for Professional if the current one doesnt work but from
all I can come up with, it might work as-is.. I just didnt have the device to test it yet...

Thanks!

(and sorry, with Free you get what you pay for... Thats why none of the FREE versions work with MotoQ MOL2/MOL3, the regular databases, and arent updated much. I wish I could give away everything FREE, but then I guess I couldnt afford to write anything at all.)

Re: Extreme Text - Threaded SMS Released.

It does install and work on my Treo 700Wx.
A couple of quick observations: the text is too large on my small screen. Options to change the size would be helpful.
Can it open as the default SMS app? If so, how? If not, such an option would seem sensible.
