Wow! Most impressive Mr Boz! You know what's what don't you! Anyway, i was just wanting to say thanks for that and congrats to. Also, is there any way i could maybe create a good DX (as in my avatar) Today Screen do you think? Maybe you would be the man to explain how? Yes i'm a bit new to all this but you'll probably have sussed that rather quickly by my exasperated WOW to begin!!!

Also, I'm DESPERATE (if only to keep the missus quiet and off my back!!!) to get the TouchFLO CUBE on her Kaiser. Been trying to get it for over 3 weeks now... can you assist? I'd SOOOOOOOOO much appreicate it. I've tried no end of times with cab files and what not on the XDA forum site but simply can't get a thing to happen. I'm a complete novice in all honesty but willing to learn but as it currently stands, i'd most likely need a step by step idiotproof guide!!!

I an on Orange UK and my handset is unlocked for the time being though i have ordered the code... 2 weeks ago... damn those HTC boys are slow :-S lol

Installation guide:-

If you do not have the 6 Button HTC Home today screen plugin already installed you can download that HERE and install it to your device, as you need it to install the Customisation cab file.

If you now have the 6 Button HTC Home today screen plugin installed and working, you can now proceed to download and install the Customisation plugin which is available HERE. It is best to install and run this from your storage card as it will hog your devices memory otherwise.

The installation of the Customisation cab file will be automatic with full on screen prompts. After installation if you go to programmes you will find a black icon with HHC, tap on it to run the programme which will allow you to view, download and change your icons etc to whatever suits you.

It's working on my TyTn and I like it. But It would be nice if I could change the color of the date/tab name because if I use my favorite theme/picture and semitransparent background I don't see them because the color of them is white plus my favorite theme/picture background is too light. If I want to see them I have to use a dark theme or don't use semitransparent background.

You can make a decent customised Today picture using a combination of Windows Paint or Photoshop (to make the image you require) and Theme Generator CE which comes with a full help guide and is is available free (ThemeGenCE 2.5 released)HERE

Regarding the Touch Flo Cube, I would follow the thread that Duttythroy has posted over in the Kaiser section at XDA developers, there seems to be a breakthrough in the last few posts there that gives another thread to follow. The trouble with the Cube is that it is still very much under development and is still in a beta stage, and all you can do is keep installing it according to the instructions and trying to get it to work. It is all a bit hit and miss I am afraid.

You should be able to achieve what you require with this application (Customize the colours of your Hermes with RC Mod v.2.1 English / Italian)HERE which is free, or a paid for application called Tweaks 2K which is available HERE , I hope this helps.

Hi Boz,

For last couple of days I am straggling with the same issue as Htntytn - trying to get HTC Home transparent theme (in my case GuzuGuzu) to look well on white background. No result yet.

RC-Mod, Tweeks2k2, etc. do not affect HTC home pluging fonts, unfortunately.

On the attached capture of the plugin you can see that Home tab, more or less, provides info as it should - well, depends on how you look at it .

The big problem is with Weather Tab - no way to see current temperature as both - the font color and background are white.

Do you now of any way, reg tweek or anything, to change the font color of the plugin - especially the current weather?

I am afraid I cannot help you there because it would have been embedded in the plugin itself, all I can suggest is email the developer and see if he has an answer.

I will try bit more on my own to find a solution - currently diving into all HTC Home Plugin folders and regs , but I guess in the end will contact the developer.

In case come to a solution will report back
