LOL, yep, the day we stop learning is the day we die . I learn a new trick or two everyday about something. I would be bored into a STIFF if there was nothing new for me to learn. Keeps life interesting.
I gotta carve some time and give this cube a try... maybe tonight or tomorrow.

Re: !!! HTC Touch Cube should work on any WM6 device - cabfile !!!
Hello guys!
First of all, sooo nice finding this forum! Looks like a tremendous resource - I'll have to spend days on here!
Now, about the Cube: downloaded, installed... then what? Nothing happens! Soft/hard reset, only difference I see is that my Kaiser Today program lost the contacts tab... nothing else happens. Am I missing something basic here?
Thanks in advance!

Hi krakout and welcome to 4WM
Glad you like the site it will keep you busy for a while! If you have lost the contacts tab remove this registry entry using Resco explorer or similar it should then reappear :- HKLM/Software/OEM/MASD/Quickdial
To use the cube swipe the screen with your finger or nail gently from bottom to the top of your screen to open, and from top to bottom to close. Swipe left to right or right to left to change. It is a knack and may take some practice.

Re: !!! HTC Touch Cube should work on any WM6 device - cabfile !!!
Thanks so much for the welcome AND the very prompt reply... I'm greatful.
I'm not that worried about the contacts tab, I figured it must be a registry key but thanks for saving me time looking around nonetheless!
However, still I get no functionality... I try to scroll left and right, up/down, whichever one way, nothing happens. The other thing I have running is Resco's explorer with the Today plugin. Do I have to go somewhere else first?
Regards,

Re: !!! HTC Touch Cube should work on any WM6 device - cabfile !!!
You should be able to run the cube in whatever screen you are on, it shouldn't matter. I noticed you said soft reset and hard reset, if you did hard reset you would have lost the cube, just install it again then soft reset and see if you can get it to work, you just need some practice!

Hi krakout
welcome to 4WM!
Hopefully this will help you:
To use the cube just swipe your finger or nail from the bottom to the top of the screen to activate, swipe left or right to spin the cube, and swipe from top to bottom to close it, easy or what!

Re: !!! HTC Touch Cube should work on any WM6 device - cabfile !!!
Darn... I got it working a couple of times; then, I couldn't get the left/right motion to work, I just managed to close it again. Is is really so difficult??
Thanks for your replies, though, much, much appreciated!
