Please find the time if you can Daron, I would love to see what it can show up like. I will be putting this app on as soon as time permits!

Does this app display the HTC Home weather info, or only 3rd party software like SPB?

ANd a BIG thanks Boz for putting this together here for us. I have had the old seperate components, cabs, zips, and PAGES of how toinfo on this from a few months ago LOL. I just found it to duanting to tackle that type of mountain with what I have had on my plate for this type of app. But now the future look good!

Thanks

Hi gem, I have tried it with HTC Home weather and it just shows the temperature, but haven't tested fully, I will test with other weather apps as soon as time allows. I hope you enjoy it.

Thanks Boz. Iwould have hoped that it would have intergrated a bit more than that from the HTC Home app, hopefully you will find that it still may!

PLEASE let us know how you get on with all the apps you try, as I for one only have the HTC, and most of us are not as you say, as "TECKY" as you definately are.

I will have a play again soon with this and other cool apps. Just need to find the best NEW Rom to work with.... LOL.

Thanks
Gem

It can be customised with your own pictures too!

I have made and included some basic coloured wallpapers for landscape and portrait modes in black, red, green, dark blue and yellow in the download zip file that can be used, plus a "read me" file giving installation instructions with the Slide2Unlock download package.

The sliding unlocker should work on any QVGA Windows Mobile 5 or 6 device, it comes with the picture as standard in the first screenshot, to use your own picture as I have in the 2nd screenshot follow these instructions:-

Install the "Slide2Unlock" application to your device first and soft reset, to use your own picture it must be a .jpeg file and exactly 240x320 for portrait and 320x240 for landscape mode, you must rename the selected picture to just wallpaper (for portrait) or wallpaperL (for landscape) for it to work.

To install on your device use the built in file explorer and go to program files > Slide2Unlock > GFX > Res and replace the existing "wallpaper" with the one of your choice in either portrait or landscape mode or both, but do not forget to rename as above!

Soft reset after installation!!
Hi guys, first post here. Amazing great site with great tips.
Just installed boz's IE6.1 and this Slide Unlocker on HTC TyTN II.
Unlocker worked just fine, even without soft reset.
Being new here, where can I find that Thanks button? Did search everywhere and even under my laptop and nothing!

Thanks!

Hi svcglobal and welcome to 4WM

I am pleased you enjoy what we do here. The thanks button can be found at the bottom right of the posts you wish to add thanks to, it wasn't visible before because you hadn't posted and I assume it will now show.

Boz, thanks for the kind words. Yes, now I see it and already did a good use of.
BTW, installed the TFloCube as well and, again, absolutely no problem. Worked like a charm.
Back to the topic, there are any register that we can adjust the pressure sensibility of the Slider button (like that one available for the Cube)?

The pressure sensitvity will also work for this, as it is for the screen in general.
