It is a strange and has me baffled, it is just the way it is sometimes with pocket PC's not everything will work all the time on all devices I am afraid, have you not thought of changing the rom to one that has the Home plugin already built in? I would suggest using this one, as it is bug free:-
WM6.1 ROM CORE 19212 FROM PDAVIET.NET
It can be found in this thread here on the second page.

I would use the other safe rom with no bugs mentioned in the thread which is WM6.1 ROM CORE 19212 FROM PDAVIET.NET

i'm downloading it 2^^ i think server is so busy cauz it's slow..but i wait for it btw tnx for all help(really)
what do u think is after installation i download htc home costumizer to change plugin? |

I would see how you get on with the built in version first, if you want to change it don't forget to disable by unticking the existing version in settings first or it will not load.

No, I am saying once the new rom is installed with it's built in HTC Home and you then wish to install a different version, then you need to untick the existing HTC Home version in the Today Items box before installing the newer version.
