Great tool, thanks have now loaded it but a couple of queries.

I am using an O2 XDA Orbit 2 and I am trying to get all six buttons working; in particular I want the Contacts tab. In my registry I do not have HKLM/Software/OEM/MASD/Quickdial but I do have HKLM/Software/OEM/MASD and then in the box underneath:
Name = Quickdial Data = 2_5_28927_0. Is this what I delete?

Secondly in your screenshot you show a transparent option, which does not show as an option on mine. Nor incidentally does it show the PseudoSDB option although I am not concerned about that option.

Hi Murray and welcome to the site

Delete the line Name = Quickdial Data = 2_5_28927_0 as you suggest that should cure it and soft reset once the change has been made, I would uninstall the HHC customiser and download a fresh copy then reinstall and soft reset to see if the options you are missing show up, they should show, they did on my Orbit 2!

Brilliant, thanks sixth button sorted and only needed to untick in Today and then Retick, no soft reset needed. I will redo the HHC Customiser download tomorrow..need my sleep. Really appreciate rapid response. BTW just seen he new HTC Touch HD, looks like my next move but not cheap so will wait a while.

Wow thanks a million times!!!!
After installing the WM 6.1 rom update i had nothing but trouble with htc home versions i found on the web, making my system unstable and forcing more hard resets and installing my system all over again! finally my htc home was crippled and unstable..... now not only stable, but also improved many many times.
My wife is also very happy, no more hours of searching forums, no more cursing and bad moods.....

I have a htc 6800 with the 6.1 upgrade. which of the three links do I use? each is for a differently named file. I'm pretty sure I tried the hermes version and it bricked my phone.

Have a try of this version of the Home Plugin and see how you get on, it shouldn't brick your device but may run ok, find it here. Let me know how you get on.

Thanks for replying. I already installed this version mUn_and_JUVS_HTC_Home_eng_0409, and it seems to be working so far. Now I just need to figure out the weather.

One question though, how do i get the launcher icons below the home plugin that i see in many of the previews?

The row of 6 buttons is achieved with the O2 Plus 2.3 Today plugin that is available from the download section here and the Bluetooth,wifi and phone switcher is another seperate Today plugin available from here

I hope this helps with the look you wish to achieve.
