Received a great text from Vodafone today!
Well it isn't often you receive good news from your service provider but today I did by text. The screenshot says it all!

Re: Received a great text from Vodafone today!
It does say it all!
A fair use policy on something that's supposed to be unlimited!
When are the ASA going to get a grip on this misuse of language!

Re: Received a great text from Vodafone today!
It is defined as 500mb per month which is stiil loads better than the previous 120mb per month limit. But as you say it isn't unlimited!

Re: Received a great text from Vodafone today!
There may be the discussion over the unlimited wording, but you have to add that Voda hve shown a certain amount of good cust serv by texting the user base to advise this.

Re: Received a great text from Vodafone today!
lol whilst I have no experience of Voda's data services (work won't shall out ) I have to say they seem to have a very decent coverage and often my work phone has signal when my personal one (T-Mobile) doesn't.
