I instaled the certs.cab OK, but the tcpmp still with instalation problem

I would try a soft reset and then try again.

To be honest Wiggy it would be easier for you to install it and then if you do not like it remove it, as this would be much easier and less time consuming than uploading screenshots.

The Tcpmp.cab.zip file contains two items the Tcpmp.cab file and a file labeled "Tmpmp folder" which contains files such as INTERF~1.012, LANG_SLS.014, etc. What do i do with this folder?
Also, thank you for posting this because I'm a mac guy that was having the worst time finding a program besides WMP that would play all of my files correctly, this works like a charm....now if they could update the interface to look something like HTC Audio Manager all would be perfect.

You just need to open the downloaded file, then drag and drop the cab file to you desktop and transfer it to your device, tap on it and run it.
