Google Android on touch dual

Here is a quick video of Googles Android runing on a touch dual.

As you can see it is at alpha stage and not useable. It does show that it's possible though.

I have had a try myself with some files collected from xda devs but cannot get HaRET to work (this is proving the case for quite a few people). It has been reported that trying to run whilst synced may help and also killing some apps that use a lot of memory may too. Hasn't for me yet but i'll keep trying.

There are reports of it working onthe vogue, polaris and kaiser too.

To try yourself extract the attached .zip file on your pc then copy the folder to the root of your device. When this is done run HaRET and of you go.

Wow, interesting! I'm quite looking forward to Android, I wonder if it can tear me away from five years of WM!

I can't get it to work still. Haret just crashes my dual every time i load it and i don't want to hard reset to try it on a clean device as it's set up just so at the mo.

Still i'm on nights this week so if my eee pc doesn't appear i might just try.
