Re: Touch dual went a little loco!!!
the weirdness is continuing.
the date and time keep changing and it makes the threaded sms quite confusing.
if the date skips back and you send an sms it inserts the sms in the thread at the chronological point so it looks like nothing has been sent.
having some screen re draw issues too but they sort themselves out and look quite funny.
I think the clock problem has been covered before so I'm off to fix that if I can

Re: Touch dual went a little loco!!!
Paul- have you checked in Phone/Options that the Automatic Time Zone setting is turned off? That sometimes screws things up as some of the operators don't keep accurate time zone info.

Re: Touch dual went a little loco!!!
it wasn't checked so I've checked it to see if that resolves it.
it may be pc related as the clock there is changing when I go back to vista from a different os.
bit odd though as vista asks before you can change the time
I'll keep an eye on it and hopefully it won't make of late for work.

Re: Touch dual went a little loco!!!
The madness has continued.
There is a version of the rom i'm using (Tom Codons Niki project) with a new touch dll over at xda so as i've got time i'm gonna bite the bullet and flash that. It apparently gets rid of any slowness when you press the touch screen.
Also since uninstalling the diamond keyboards i have the mild irritation that the abc button inputs a c when pressed instead of an a which i had it doing previously thanks to pauls c to a .cab from modaco.

Re: Touch dual went a little loco!!!
I'm baffled now.
I installed the new rom and then set the device to sync.
It went through the setting up the device stage and when it got to 100% the time jumped forward an hour.
I'm using wmdc. Any ideas anyone?

Have you tried installing the Microsoft daylight saving patch available here.
