Woke up and it was like the first pic and then later in the day it changed to pic 3

Hmm- DSL Reports suggests it is an HSDPA connection Is the network being played around with?

a soft reset fixed it. i would have left it but the copy and paste function would only paste something from this morning anything else i copied it would only paste the earlier thing. weird

No such thing as a silly question.

install the attached .cab file then map magicss to a hardware button (this can be done in settings>buttons)

when you press the button it will take the shot and a screen will appear asking you where you would like to save it.
