As I think I said the company has moved but is still in operation, just the site needs updating, the phone numbers and email addresses are still viable.

The iPhone does protrude a little, after a bit of settling in it does sit a bit lower, but it is tightly held by the flexi-sides (you hopefully know the construction to understand that), the part protruding though is really needed to facilitate withdrawal.
