Re: HTC S730 review

I use an O2 Orbit 2 now (HTC Touch Cruise) and to be honest the battery shows very little improvement with this device either. The benefit for the Pocket PC devices (Windows Mobile Professional) is the option to use bandswitch to disable 3G and only use GPRS when the extra speed is not required (for push email etc). It's a real shame bandswitch isn't smartphone compatible otherwise it'd be an awesome device.

Hi Scottiger, I always use www.imei-check.co.uk they're very reliable.

Alternatively there is a free version here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=356845 but it looks like people have had mixed results.

Re: HTC S730 review

That's a strange one, what ROM are you using? Have you tried a soft reset?

That seems a bit expensive, we just asked T-Mobile for unlock codes for all our phones and they have quoted us £15 each

Thank you for all this information on the HTC S730 smartphone. I have one that can not play .ram, .ra and .rm files.

The RealOne player for smartphone on the net is not compactible. Let me know if you have a way to play .ram, .rm and .ra files?

Have you tried Real Player for Pocket PC? It might work:
