Hmmmm, I'm not so sure, I still like that style of device and there are still plenty of Blackberries out there!

We have quite a few users that don't want a hardware keyboard, and as the Treo is £100 more expensive the Zest looked ideal (maybe with the addition of a finger friendly on screen keyboard). I have also looked at the Nokia E51 and E71 as alternatives but find the OS dreadful and the exchange mail setup up is a total pain, I'd hate to try and talk a user through that remotely when they've accidentally wiped their phone!

I do still mourn the demise of the HTC S620 as they were dirt cheap from T-Mobile and we therefore have a lot of them, whilst I don't like the format personally it is very popular in the business.

We're still getting the s620's from BT.

T-Mobile were next to useless, they originally sold them for £105 which was an absolute steal, then withdrew them and then magically got them back in stock again but they'd gone up a fair whack in price.

Unfortunately O2 seem to have abandoned the low end of the WM market completely, the last time I asked for a simple WM smartphone they offered me the Nokia E51!!

They're doing the Venn now as a Smartphone messenger. I've got one to review, and it's........ different. Everyone's first impression seems to be yuk, but it's actually pretty good to use. I'll try and get it setup and running and post some info today.

The question is how will they price it though!

If it's cheap it'll be quality, if not, well then not.
I'll find out!
