Re: O2 XDA Zest Review!

Based on the above review and the fact O2 are now doing this for £205.73 ( inc £10 top up) PAYG, I bought one from my local store. This makes it the one of the cheapest wifi enabled phones available. O2 website still shows it at £244 + £10 top up..

I took ages trying to decide on a new phone and decided to try the Zest despite knowing nothing about Windows Mobile type phones. Expect many a post asking for help. First one will be about a new keyboard for Texting as the supplied one is too small.

Hi pwood - welcome to 4Winmobile
Look forward to your questions there is sure to be someone who can help.
If you post an introduction in the intros forum you should also get a few more "hello's".

As for an on screen keyboard I use Resco Keyboard Pro - it works well and there are loads of skins so you can choose a look to suit yourself.

Re: O2 XDA Zest Review!

Hi, my first post here after buying the zest last week, which is really great. Has anyone managed to find a case for it online that is for the zest and not just a generic?

Re: O2 XDA Zest Review!

I've not seen any yet, but I'll ask around a few of the case manufacturers and find out if there are any plans for one.

Re: O2 XDA Zest Review!

Just to let you know, I bought a Zest on Saturday. I'm glad I didn't rush in and buy it earlier, seeing as the price dropped to £205.73!

I'm impressed with it so far. By the way, I can confirm it was not locked to O2, just as was posted earlier

I'd be very interested in hearing about a Zest-specific case too. I had a look around online and there seems nothing for it, which is a pity.

Re: O2 XDA Zest Review!

That is a bargain for such a good device, and unlocked too! I had a look around for Zest cases and I didn't come up with anything either, it is as you say a shame that no one seems to make one.

Do keep us posted on how the device performs for you, and if you need any help just ask!
