Re: O2 Xda Guide

I really do like this phone. Although the Xperia X1 is now my main workhorse, the Guide is fantastic for Sat Nav and I take it out walking with my as an MP3 player and for recording my walks. I also use it in the car and will be taking it away with me to London this weekend as it makes a nice, small, light-weight pub phone. It's also the first windows mobile device that I've been able to use one-handed.

It really is just the lack of keyboard that prevents me using it as my main phone.

I too like the look of this, small machines without keyboards are my thing. But no FM radio rules it out for me.

I must admit that was a surprise to me, I had expected to see the FM radio in there.

This looks like the phone for me! Does anyone know when it will be available on a retail tariff online? I know the shops have it, but as an existing customer I will get a better deal online.

Re: O2 Xda Guide

I think it should be available about now, so it might be worth giving O2 a ring.

Hmmm..... I can't see a reason why it shouldn't be nowish, I was lucky enough to take part in the testing and I know the OS is spot on.

You shouldn't have to wait much longer, I will see if I can find out more.

Re: O2 Xda Guide

thats very odd. There are still only 3 xda's on the retail side of the site. I have phoned several times and noone has heard of it. It's available in store tin.
