The FM radio is physically present, but for some reason HTC have omitted the link to run it in Programs. The required file can be downloaded from XDA developers and reports say the radio works fine.

Very odd decision !

The call quality is excellent, both ways. I'd say the best WM device I've experienced from a call quality perspective.
