Yes, factory installed was WM5, replaced this with Black Dymond (also installed hard spl 2.10 and other radio rom). Currently installed official HTC WM6 ROM.

I would actually download the rom again... you may have a corrupt file on your hands...

Okay, This rom is very promising, but there are a few issues that have caused me to abandon it... What are they, can't remember at the moment, I was traveling when I reflashed and cannot locate my notes (yes, I make notes on stuff like this)... The issues were not dealbreakers, but were more of a nuisance for me and the way I work...

There are some EXCELLENT enhancements in this rom that I haven't seen anywhere else, so I will be following Schap's work closely... I like the fact that if a call comes in that is not in your address book, when the call ends, it automatically prompts you if you want to add it or not... Battery life is not a problem, Volume is still to low for me... and I ran out of memory using my regular load of apps... To be fair, it is a good amount loaded, but I cannot operate with less than 1mb of program memory left to me...

So, my experience is that while this is a more than suitable replacement for the black series that I have loved, I have to go with an adaptation of this rom... Maybe I should try the lite version... Is there one? I haven't checked... I'm getting flashy again... oooooooh...

I love almost everything about this Rom on my SPVM3100.... except the dialler. Just can't get on with it. I can't get the speed dials to work and it's just plain annoying having to cycle through all my contacts to ring the wife...

Other than that... great Rom....

HI all, I just moved from owning a Jam/Magician to MDA vario II and upgraded it to WM6 with this ROM, so it is a steep learning curve for me. But I am missing these two items from my Jam:
1. Transcriber to write on screen.
2. A "New" button on the Today screen which allowed me at add either new Contact, Appointment, Task or Message without having to go into the applications.

Anybody has any solutions to these issues??

Just installed it today. I'll be trying it out this week. One thing I didn't like either as mentioned before was that it ran out of memory. I have two medical programs that I always install, but could only install one with this ROM. It's not a deal breaker since I have a 2gb card, but sometimes I take it out when I use my blackjack in the weekends and forget to put it back when I go back to work on mondays.

That is the nature of the beast I am afraid, I have roughly 25mb in programme memory left after installation which isn't that bad, perhaps install a few more apps to the storage card?
