Boz,

Do you know how I can remove the "Tray Icons" from the bottom right hand corner of the Today screen. I've had a quick scan through the Registry but I didn't come across anything that looked like it might do the trick.

Also, do you know a Cube that will work with this ROM? I tried the "best one for all ROMS" but that didn't work as it said TouchFLO was already installed. Any idea?

You can use the built in Advanced Configuration Tool and turn off the icons in the Today section... Wireless Manager and Power icons... Not sure what other icons you have down there...

I cannot help with the TouchFlo portion of your question, as I don't actually use it... but maybe I can locate the original thread by Schap's where he discussed this problem.... It may be related to TouchFlo being enabled... So you may want to use this tool to disable TouchFlo... then try installing your cube... Just a thought...

I tried turning those icons off like you said and yes they went away but unfortunately they left one behind which I thought may have been related to the TouchFLO version on the 4.31 ROM, however, I tried disabling it, rebooting, etc but to no avail. I can live with it for now though. Maybe I'll try the Lite version of the ROM instead.

Hmm ... weird ... it's gone now! I didn't recognise the icon and I've reset my phone several times. Oh well, I guess it's kinda fixed then???

I found out what the icon is as it re-appeared! It's an indicator that the phone is using the Vibrate profile. Any ideas how I disable it? I've not seen this on any other ROMs I've tried (official T-Mobile UK and several of the Black ROMs)

Just hold in the comm manager button (just below the power on button) until it disappears, this is how you turn vibrate on and off.

I managed to disable it but not like you said - holding the Comm Manager button down (if that's that you meant) has no effect on my phone and never has.

I found a shortcut in my Startup folder called TrayIcon_MannerMode.lnk (links to \Windows\TrayIcon_MannerMode.exe) which displays the 'vibrate' icon in the SysTray when that profile is selected. I just deleted the shortcut and it works exactly the way I want now as I can tell from the top bar that my phone is in vibrate mode.

It may be worth checking the button mappings in settings for the vibrate function, it used to be the way vibrate was enabled through a shortcut, I am not running this rom at the present time so cannot say.
