OK think i found the resolution, this link over on XDA-Developers had a tool to fix, and when i used it i found the extra alarm, will update in the morning, i have attached the tool in case anyone else wants it...
Old alarm times being held - xda-developers

Hi,
Has anyone come across this, i am in the UK an since changing to BST (British Summer Time) my clock keeps changing itself to GMT+ which in itself is fine, but its GMT+1 Prague, Budapest..... which throws my appointments out by an hour.
I have to keep on changing it back to GMT then adding an hour to the time...
otherwise i am looking at putting on another rom, which i dont eraly want to do as i have no other issues with this ROM, Any help will be appreciated.
