hi, thanks alot for the help ;-D now my htc tytn has stopped bugging. but i still have a bug with the sim card, it's still off even when switch it on. is it a problem with a radio? where can i found a radio and how can i fix that?

Try this newer radio version Hermes radio version 1.54.00.10 just flash it as you did the rom, no information on your device will be lost and please soft reset after installation, let us know if it helps.

hi, now the problem is big !!
can't get connection with my mobile through cable !!! i still have 4 large color lines on my mobile screen !!! red green blue and white, with those information on the red line : HERM200 IPL-104 (above) HERM SPL-203 (down).
i did everything right, folowing carefully all the steps of install, just like i did with schaps rom. what's wrong? how ca i fix that new problem now?

That is the device in bootloader mode so it isn't a problem, leave it like that and reconnect the USB and try reflashing it, it doesn't matter if activesync/WMDC isn't connected and it may take a few tries.

If it doesn't flash the radio just soft reset, or remove the battery and replace it or hard reset the device all should be restored to normal then.

what's the meaning of HERM200 IPL-1.04 , HERM200 SPL-2.03?

That is the bootloader version installed on your device, have you tried the other options I posted?

I take it you installed Olipros Hard SPL v2.10 onto your device before flashing the rom?
