Those ROMs are TouchFLO-enabled but there is no Cube application included! I let you the choice to install the one you prefer. For the next ROMs I am working on a new exclusive touch interface, much more interesting than a simple cube...

I don't know if this is prevalent, but, the camera doesn't work on my tilt after loading this ROM. Any clues? Or maybe I'm lazy and haven't researched the thread enough?

Have you tried going to start>settings>personal>buttons and made sure that the camera is mapped to the correct button?
