Re: Support us using Navizon

Reward number 4 just sent over. That's from a day out cycling, shopping in Stockport, a visit to the tram museum at Crich in Derbyshire, a trip into Manchester city centre to the Opera House to see Jean Michel Jarre and a ski-ing lesson at Chill Factore in Trafford Park.

Re: Support us using Navizon

Had a trip up to one of the client sites in Oswestry on Thurs/Friday so gained a few more points - came back the rural way via Leominster and Hereford in order to miss out Brum and the M6.

Noticed the kmz file to show where all the mappings are in Google Earth and I'm surprised that there's anything left in the Manchester area.

Have to do a Dad's taxi later this week out to one of the more remote spots on the somerset coast so I should get a few more then - not that they will be there much longer if Global warming adds more than a few inches to the Bristol Channel.

Re: Support us using Navizon

I haven't had a problem with that? I'll get the new client though... I wonder if it will work in Las Vegas?

It should work in Las Vegas. Only problem is who will be paying your data roaming bill? My version insists on going online to talk to the server; one that works entirely locally is only available as the paid for version I think.

It was good. Shame we had no idea - I'd have bought you a drink, and we could have bored our companions while talking WM. Amused me no end the number of people trying to take flash photos of the projected images!
I was surprised that I actually discovered some new cell towers that night, which must have been between the university and Opera House. Maybe other people have only tried 3G around there; I was using GSM.
