View tsk theme files as thumbnails on your PC
Try this handy DLL on your PC and it will display TSK files as thumbnails. As it is just the basic dll you need to save it on your pc to the c:\windows\system32 directory and then register it using "regsrv32 c:\windows\system32\ThemesTool.dll" to install it.

Works with XP not tested on Vista

i'll try it on vista later as I have a stack of themes i've never even put on a device because i'm to idle to keep changing the theme.

Last time I tried this (if it is the same DLL) it did not work under Vista, XP only.

I tried it on Vista way back when, and it was no go for me too.
