Ok, this is not a major issue. This screen is called the bootloader. You should just be able to connect your phone back up to your PC and try flashing the ROM again.

Hi murk, you won't be able to connect via WMDC until you get a ROM on. Have you got access to an XP machine? When you connect the device to the PC, do you here the ding-dong sound of a USB device being connected?

Don't worry about it not connecting to activesync/Windows Mobile Device Centre just connect the device to the PC while in the tri colour screen and run the upgrade, it will still be connected and may take a few tries before the rom takes.

When you run the ROM upgrade is it going through motions and showing the 0-100% progress bar?

yes, then about 5 five in 100% and then finish normally. the device reboot again and the bootloader appear.

You mean it gets to 5% or it's gone to 100% 5 times? Have you tried flashing WM5 back on?
