nono sorry the upgrade process run from 0% to 100% with no issues but when the device reboot the bootloader appear again.
i tried to flash with vm5 rom but the operation fails.

It sounds to me like maybe the SuperCID didn't take properly.

As your device is an imate one, I'd try flashing the ROM here:

ftp://xda:mad:da@ftp.xda-developers...._2.5.331.2.exe

Once done, follow the guide here to the letter:

Sweet. It must have been the SuperCID not taking, or the unlocking then.

now when i execute cert file from supercid in my device i get "installation was unseccessfull. the program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have suficient system permissions".
any idea whats going on? i tried from the device memory and from storage card with same resull.

thanks in advance.

in fact i ran sda unlock tool but it says my phone is not unlockable. any sugestion??

Can you try it on an XP machine? That's the only thing I can think of that could be causing the issue. Did you follow the Vista activesync setup guide too?
