Ok, my computer went kaput at home.

So.....................I did everything at work.

I just selected PDA. It crunched the video down a little too much, 320x183.......or something like that. I'll adjust it on the next movie.

BUT IT PLAYS SMOOTH AS ALL HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am OFFICIALLY a happy camper.

IF YOU WANT GOOD VIDEO PLAYBACK.........DO THIS!!!!!!!

It must of been pleasing to get paid for fixing your movies! The next time you use it pick PDA so that it comes out at 320x240.

I selected PDA first.............it automatically adjusts to QVGA.

I think it changed to 320x183 after I inserted the movie.

Kinda strange, but can you change the size manually after you select what movie you want to encode?

It probably does that because it chooses the best option if the video is widescreen, do not forget to turn the video and audio quality up full, your device can handle it!
