Uninstall the version you have and try it with this one available HERE

Sorry but that doesn't work at all. I installed it, reset, installed the other two programs that came in the zip file (as per the readme) and the htc plugin just shows the original 4 icons.

Any other ideas?

I am having this same issue. Any idea on why none of my custom cities will download?

It may just be your device, as it is new then that may be the problem, I would try the website for this application in the first post and put the question on there.
