By the way, I tried to download the HTC today app from that site on the previous thread. Had to pay 4.5 euros for it. and have no idea where to download it from!!

That site is still this one, it should be free but it is Rapidshare they seem to be getting greedy by charging in certain countries. I will reupload to another filesharer as soon as I get time.

Boz, I have managed to download - HTC.Home.v2.1.1005.722.Directory.And.Brightness.Fi x.schen.cab.zip
I saved it, then opened it, and nothing happens - what am I doing wrong!

I would uninstall that version and use the alternative version given in the thread, before installing soft reset just to clear any running apps, once installed soft reset again and then go to start>settings>personal>today>items and tick the box to enable it on your today screen.
I will move these posts over to the correct thread in a while, in case you wonder where they went!

I have now changed the main link in the first post of this thread for the Schen fixed cab file to Megaupload from Rapidshare as there were problems for some people trying to download it, I hope that helps folks.

Hi aneto and welcome to 4WM
I doubt very much if it will run being VGA, the X51v also runs Windows Mobile 5 and there is a version for WM5 here try it at your own risk! I have an X51v but have never tried it to be honest.
