ubook2010 PDF Support?

Hi,

I tryed the old version of ubook a few months ago and i noticed it had PDF support, so i thought id try the 2010 version before buying a licence and i cannot seem to open any PDF's.

I saw that the support had been removed, but wil it be getting put back in?

Nope, it was bad, and worked only with linear generated files... IMHO PDF isn't a good choice for e-books as it is primarily for printing so pages are hard to re-process for a different screen size.

ok, thats a shame, i have 130 books in pdf!! is there any way to convert them?

I dont think the intent is to add it back in. Maybe David will add an option
to allow the user to indicate which external program to use when uBook
comes across a format it doesnt handle itself such as PDF??
