What do the mods count as their essential apps?

There are some good Free Apps Listed Here!

Or find lots at PPC Freewares

You need to be careful with PPC Freeware. A lot of their contant is just free trial rather than full free applications.

Nothing wrong with that, but a bit annoying if you install something you initially think is free for the full application

My apps now added to the first post, and some of the old formatting is cleaned-up.... Maybe just need some updates from the Mods, and some entries from the new Mods?

Just updated mine for the move from a WM2003 to WM5 device. Interesting that I only had to change 2 apps, and deleted 3 others.

I realy appreciate this, as a newbie this is awesome, as I have been relying only the magazine reviews I could find for pocket pc till now, for any programs that are out there.

Added my entry as well - Will need to update shortly as I am in process of rebuilding after moving from Midget to Jwright's WM6ROM (better WiFi handler).

There's a few other apps to be loaded as "regular" and a couple of "handys".
