Re: What SIP do you use?

There's a lot more variety than I thought there would be. Quite interesting really.

Dave, have you checked to see if the new HTC SIP is available for the Touch yet?

It's definitely not on the UK part of the site, but I understand it's on the Asian one. However, I can't confirm that as you can only sign on in your own section.

Well that makes sense! Do HTC actually understand what customer service means?

Re: What SIP do you use?

I'm in a bit of a dilemma as I want to vote twice!

I've voted for Letter Recogniser as that is common to all my devices, however, if there is a hardware keyboard as per my Exec, that will always get used.

Re: What SIP do you use?

This is working out very nicely, with soem very interesting results coming to light.

Those folks who visit other forums it may well be worth mentioning the poll on there to see if we can get even more votes in!

Re: What SIP do you use?

Transcriber on the Ameo - perfect for note taking. tried Calligrapher on the 2i, but didn't find it offer any useful functionality or accuracy, just more complexity. Wish the correction pad for transcriber offered an apostrophe though- and 'y's can be a bit techniquey.

I have a bt stowaway - horrible fiddly floppy thing, needs a surface because it doesn't lock, but it doesn't lie flat on a Surface, hence crappy spongey action. that and faffing around with the BT pairing means I don't use it. if I have an extended piece to write, I am very unlikely to have access to a flat desk, and be able to useful stowaway, yet not have a PC available.

The Twiddler works fine on the Ameo/WM5 native drivers, but not the track point mouse.
but I didn't see the twiddler on the list, Daron!
