Great observation... Looks like the Diamond is not the "obvious" winner, but is barely squeaking by...

i'd be interested to know why the people who are voting to not change device are doing so.

is it because contracts are not up for renewal or because the new devices are lacking something?

I would imagine that on that point the devices don't offer anything significant above the current crop of devices to make an upgrade compelling.

Being one of those that voted not buying/changing devices, it was because I didn't find anything that tweaked my fancy above what I already have... The TyTNII is a nice box, but not nice enough to justify the expense (at that time)... I have been out of contract now for about 2 years and can upgrade at any time... I bought my TyTN off ebay, just to stay off contract, so I can be free to jump carriers if so desired... Financially, may not have been a sound decision, but made sense at the time...

Anyway, after voting and then browsing the web, I came across a device that wasn't on the list, that tweaked my fancy and jumped on it... but had to preorder as it isn't available at all until August...

I still have time to justify that...

Oh, and since tomorrow is Dad's Day, I was thinking about printing off the order page, putting it in a sealed envelope with my name on it and leaving in the breakfast nook late tonight...
